Work Description: Bathroom disaster
Comments: Warning!! Warning!! this guy is a master plumber by certificate only!!Devin was a friend of a family member, and we trusted him at his word. Made a mistake by paying him upfront because we were going to be out of town. When we arrived back, the bathroom was a complete disaster, the shower wall was uneven, the shower plumbing coming out of the wall was not centered nor was the waterspout in the tub centered. The Shower wand plumbing from the wall was damaged beyond repair. Called in two plumbers to get a cost to repair what he installed and 1,800 was the cost to take out the wall and redo the work correctly. He also did not install the bathroom cabinet and toilet that was in the contract, and he never installed the outside vent for the bathroom exhaust that was 600. This was a total nightmare that I'm trying to warn people against. He has resorted to not returning calls and has ceased all contact. I'll be taking him to court to get my money back and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to warn other unsuspecting homeowners. People like him should not be business owners!!

Comments: Arrived close to on time, augered the toilet and left. I had to call him back within an hour. He said he was coming back but never arrived. His office called at 5:25 pm and said he would have to come the next day. Returned, used a camera and said I had a broken pipe. I decided to get a second opinion and the second plumber cleaned some debris, used his camera and said he saw no pipe problem. Time will tell which was correct.
