Work Description: Replacing two wind turbines
Comments: Although in the scheme of things our little job might have been delayed or gotten lost, Shaun Laursen was extremely prompt with a favorable quote and stayed in contact with us until the job was complete, just a few days following my original call. Our roof is very steep and the two installers were very professional! We have always used Port City Roofing in the past on entire roof replacements and would highly recommend them to others, without hesitation.

Work Description: Replaced section of roof 600sf
Comments: In February 2017 Port City Roofing replaced a section of my roof that sits on top of my kitchen. The section was approx 600sf.2 weeks ago I had a leak In the same area they replaced.
I went in the attic that is on top of the kitchen, right underneath the roof and found signs of water intrusion.
Port city roofing in emails exchanged prior hiring them advised that they would guarantee their job 5 years!!
I called and email the owner 4 times before he agreed to meet and check the leak. He came 3rd week of august and hastily advised that the issue was with the siding after looking 5 minutes in the attic and 5 minutes on the roof.
After his assessment I covered the siding with a tarp and not surprisingly I had more water coming in.
In the past 2 weeks I called the owner and texted at least 20 times!!!
He always said he would come but never show up. He literally wasted 2 weeks not caring that I had additional water coming in my house.
Shaun, the owner, didn't show any respect for me as client or human being.
Based on how he treated me, repeatedly lying and wasting my time , I can tell he has neither empathy nor integrity.
I will have to hire somebody else to fix the roof and pay additional money out of my pocket for a job they didn't do correctly.
Stay away and don't hire them. They are quick to come the first time around not so good to follow up if needed.
