Comments: I am taking this company and all their accomplices to court. They agreed to build a fence for me and their sales representative, James B., insisted on getting half the money on the spot. One month later, and after calling James many times, two men showed up. They took the old fence down and placed a few new poles in the ground, and they never returned. It has been one week now since they abandoned the job. My next recourse is the court of law. Do not use this company, they will grab your money and run.

Comments: This company put up a wooden fence for me. Right away I could tell the post weren’t parallel to each other. When I tried to call him he would never call me back.Now, a year later, the boards are bowed out and coming apart from the cross boards.
Most businesses like this guarantee there work, but not Mr. Powell! Now, I’m having to pay another fencing to fix his mess!

Comments: Called me back. Came and gave me a fair, reasonable estimate the same day he looked at the job.Started the job when he told me he would and worked everyday, all day until completed. Mr Powell and his crew professional and respectful. Will do business with Powell in the future and refer confidently to anyone. Completely satisfied!

Comments: They responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner. The gentleman explained they were two-three weeks out but would call if they could complete the job sooner absent any weather delays. So far, the initial contact was good. Will submit a followup evaluation once the job is completed.UPDATE 9/29/22
They completed the fence repair the last week of July. They did not install my antique pulls to the new gates and has not returned after numerous requests. The main gate warped following a day of rain a week later and is now difficult to open and close properly. Material subpar. Have notified Powell, his colleague Bailey and customer service of Networx without a satisfactory resolution. Next step the Attorney General of Alabama and court.

Comments: Mr. Powell contacted me immediately about the ramp I needed built. He stayed in touch and coordinated the scheduled work time. Work crew arrived as promised and worked in the rain to complete the ramp. Did an excellent job . Quality work and well built.

Comments: We used Powell to build a retaining wall which he did in two consecutive days as promised - when he came to install our fence around our new pool he also said two consecutive days - we paid him in full since he had done as he said with the retaining wall - check was cashed that day - one of the gates does not have the self-closure required by the city and the other gate was left by one of his workers leaning against the fence and unfinished - the gate is also too small - texts, voicemails have gone unanswered - if you have not paid this guy then dont until your projects is completed and you are satisfied - when I pointed out to his worker that the gate closure was not as it was supposed to have the guy said he wouldHave to call his boss and got in his vehicle and left

Comments: Fence installation was completed in December 2021. Started calling in January2021 about the fence door that is not opening properly. Phone calls were not answered, nor responded to. Sent a text Feb. 4. Replied "will take care ". No response. Feb. 10 sent another text. No reply. Called late in Feb. talked with D. Powell, he said that someone was suppose to come out and fix the door. March 12, door is still not fixed. Very disappointed that the job was not completed satisfactory. Repairing the door should have taken less than ten minutes.
