He offers a detailed estimate of costs in advance and makes that part of a written contract. He is honest and open, easy to talk to and always concerned that his work meets the client's expectations. He cleans up after he and any work crew are finished and he is always polite and considerate. I recommend him highly to anyone who needs to have landscape design and installation work done by a professional.
