Work Description: Replace the invalve valve in a toilet
Comments: The inlet valve sells for about $30 in any hardware store. It takes about fifteen minutes to change but they charged an outrageous $300 dollars.Were it not an emergency situation I would have refused. The employee plumber who did the actual work was competent but he didn't set the price, the company did.
I would not recommend Precision plumbing.
$180 would have been a reasonable price
for parts and labor for fifteen minutes work not $300.
Since I described the problem beforehand they should have come with the valve, which is standard, and so they would not had to spend time buying one.
Once again the employee plumber was OK,
but the company that sent him was price gouging

Valentino’s work shows he is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field especially dealing with NYC guidelines and codes; that was very important to me. The work involved running many pipes through difficult wall structure. Valentino followed through right to the end and I am satisfied and comfortable with the work performed.”-
