Description: Hello, my name is Mike. I'm the owner of Prestige Construction & Home Remodeling LLC. I have 28yrs construction experience since high school until now. I started my own home remodeling company over 3yrs ago. Before that I worked for a company that flipped houses for over 6yrs. I have done everything throughout my life from framing, siding, roofing, decks to home remodeling and building additions. I take pride in every project I work on and I treat it the same as if it was a project I was doing on my own home. I don't believe in cutting corners and I won't ever cover up anything found if I feel it needs addressed and taken care of especially dryrot issues. Communication is a very important part to any project I'm working on and it's also one of the key ingredients to help keep a project running smoothly from the start to the end in all levels of communication. And I thrive to always do a clean quality job no matter what. Honesty and quality are 2 very other important key factors to keeping any project running smoothly and nicely. There's no excuse for sloppy work or not communicating either. That's why my slogan on my logo say's "Quality Work For An Honest Price." My goal is to give on any project a fair and reasonable price for the work they need done. And to give them a great looking and everlasting finish product every time after the job's finished. That the customer can enjoy for years to come with family and friends. My goal is to try and meet in the middle with customers on their project they want done. So in the end we get to do it and they're totally happy and satisfied with our work and how their project turned out in the end. If anyone needs something done on their home. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any of your project needs anytime. We would love to talk with you about it and schedule a good time to come out and take a look at the project afterwards. We give a free first initial estimate on the project for the first trip out there. We offer a 5yr warranty on our labor only on any project we work on. Not on the product because products can fail overtime on their own unfortunately. We give to brand new customers on their first project we'll do for them a discount.
