Comments: After soliciting several bids for a new driveway, I chose ACR Concrete because of the time Mr. Cody spent with me listening to my requests and then making sure those requests were delivered. Only two contractors took the time to visit the site and go over the details of the project. It was Mr. Cody, who was the only one that kept following up and demonstrating his superior customer service skills, to earn the project. His team were diligent workers and delivered ahead of time. I was very stressed to spend a lot of my money, but Mr. Cody and ACR Concrete turned that stress to pride in a project well done! I don't hesitate one bit to recommend this company to anyone!

Comments: Slab was poured quickly at at first was very satisifed. But after further examination, I discovered that the patio is not level (1/2 bubble off) and that its not the thickness we agreed upon. Edges are only about 3 1/2 inches thick and 1 corner is only maybe 2 inches.

Work Description: Slab Foundation Clean Up
Comments: Kenny was hired by my husband to complete cement clean up on our slab foundation. He was prompt to respond to request. The overall work is adequate, but it will require me to complete work for desired finish look.The original estimate was changed once he started the work, increased by 35 % of original estimate. So, I could give cost 2 out of 3. The overall look of work is better, but the quality of work for me is 2 out of 3. The overall orginal look of foundation to the work that he did complete would be three out of five. I wish him the best in his future jobs.
