These departments include commercial and residential construction, as well as property management. I am leading this area of the company to reach our new set of goals. My background is in construction and HVAC. Working through high school as a laborer for construction sites during the booming days of Las Vegas, I understood then that there will always be a need for air conditioning and heating in the desert and around the globe. I began my HVAC career right out of high school and joined the sheet metal union. I was the youngest person to finish and become a journeyman from this union. I have twenty (20+) years' experience with union and nonunion companies in HVAC and construction. I am schooled and experienced with project management and job estimating, as well as, hands-on for install and service. Some of the projects I have worked on are: ➢ City Center Hotel and Resort ➢ Encore Hotel and Resort ➢ Palazzo Hotel and Resort I have worked in hospital settings and schools such as: ➢ Valley Hospital ➢ UMC Medical Center I have installed and serviced small individual units from residential systems to scheduling a crane to install and start-up 120ton intellipak Trane systems to stand alone RTU's. I am knowledgeable in protocols for hospitals and schools and take pride in my workmanship. You will see I have great follow-up abilities and will always see the positive. Let's get to work!
