Work Description: Initial call was to replace a broken spring. Discussed price over phone, no additional charges outside of price quoted which includes taxes. Raoul the owner was very punctual and between driving to my house and doing the work, it took 1 1/2 hours. Impressive. After leaving we called him back to replace our garage opener for our second garage, he returned in just under 2 hours, finished in an 1 1/2. Extremely fair with pricing, walked through setup and how to set and change codes with the new keypad added. I'd recommend Raoul and his company anytime!!!

Comments: Contacted R&R Specialist concerning a garage door that would not open. Raul called and gave a response time of less than forty five minutes and gave a reasonable estimate. Responded in thirty minutes and repaired my door at the quoted price. Raul explained each step and gave pointers for preventive maintenance. Job well done.
