Comments: This gentleman reached out to me on Thanksgiving. I wasnt thinking it was a holiday. I work in healthcare and there are no holidays when you are sick. He also suggested some other things that would save me money if not no cost to me at all. I appreciate the honesty and straight forwardness of this contractor and without any estimates or meeting in person he has swayed me towards his business. I will follow up with another review once I meet him and we look at my project.

Scheduling an appointment was something of an issue and there was a last minute difference of opinion as to the length of the promised warranty, but ultimately it all worked out satisfactorily.

Comments: Ramon came out and not only spent at least 30 minutes answering my questions and illustrating pictures to match his explanations for my questions,which showed me ,it was important to him that I was educated and had knowledge about clean outs,two way clean outs ,back flows,sewage blockage,how importantit is to have the pictures from the camera that the techs usewhen they snake out to the main drain,to have it on a dvd, and much more.The tech from R.R. WOULDN'T TELL ME WHAT HE INSTALLED..TURNS OUT TO BE A 2 WAY CLEAN OUT .AND TOLD ME i DIDN'T HAVE TO DO"NOthing with it,which is not true.So,Ramon gave me the biggest gift of all,peace of mind.Oh,and his fee?Be kind to one another.He is sending 2 of his crew out tomorrow to video underground to make sure the pipes were laid and packed deep enough and sewage isn't resting on topof the pipes and that there really was a clean out completed because the tech from R.R. USED A PLASTIC COVER WHICH WAS TO HOT TO REMOVE TO OPEN.Wemight change it to a metal one.

Comments: Ramon does excellent work. I wouldn't call anyone else, unless he is unavailable. He always keeps us informed and always thinks ahead. His prices have always been reasonable.-
