On the first day of the project, he worked late until the first phase was completed. He explained everything as the work progressed. His pricing is very competitive and accurate based on the job description. I will also be bringing him back for another project. Everything was picked up and cleaned when the job was completed. Comments: Ivan Robles is a true professional! Not only is his workmanship accurate and true but he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I recently hired him for a Hardy Plank siding repair. He was always on time, he explained what he was doing and why. He stayed a little late the first day to complete the first phase of the project, then the next day finished up the project. He is very professional and his pricing is very competitive. I will be bringing him back for another project!

Comments: Ivan and his team were very professional and great to work with! They were very punctual, attentive, detail oriented and communicative throughout our whole project. From the day we saw Ivan to assess our damage to the date the project was complete was about a week and a half! He was receptive to all our questions and very quick to respond. I will continue to use Ivan and his team for any home project that arises!

Comments: Ivan was able to come and do everything I wanted in record time. One of the friendliest people I have had work in my house. He rebuilt my awning, from bid visit to complete in less than a week. He redid a lot of our basement in 2 weeks. He just demoed our shower surround and rebuilt some rotten framing in less than two days. The most reliable contractor I have ever worked with. I cannot say enough good things about this person.

Comments: Ivan was so great to work with. From the beginning he was responsive, confirmed all our scheduled times and always punctual.He and his crew did a fantastic job with drywall in my garage. Then quickly moved on to siding. They were fast but also efficient.
Ivan takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. He is very knowledgeable and pointed out a few things that our home inspector did not see…!
