Comments: Simon was punctual, reliable and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. He answered all questions and showed me where the problems were. He continued to find the cause of the problem and readily fixed it.I have recommended him to others.

Work Description: Bath tub drain was clogged. Water ran out extremely slow.
Comments: Only 2 out of the 3 actually called me. The first to call was Rose. They informed me that the plumber would be out in an hour. Then 4 Seasons called and gave me a quote. I called Rose back to see if they could give me a quote instead of the plumber showing up to give the quote. I was told that the plumber would call instead but he never did he showed up in the time that I was given. 4 Seasons gave me a better price and Rose matched it.

Comments: Serviceman was professiona and punctual; Gave suggestions for preventing issue in the future; and explained/recommended services in the future; I also liked being able to use coupon which discounted the cost for service. I would recommend their company to others/ and would use Rose Company for future issues in my home.
