Comments: Although we got off to a rocky start, and gave a not so nice review. Rusty called and apologized and I gave him another chance. I’m glad I did. He did a thorough job and did the job well. I will say he needs a secretary to help out with scheduling. I’m giving you 4 stars taking one off for his tardiness. Like I said he needs a secretary for scheduling.

Comments: Very nice and personable. He was vey knowledgeable about his work. The only complaints are he showed up a lot later than he said he would and wasn’t prepared for the job. If he gets all his ducks in a row and has the means to do the full job when he is at the site, he would be a great contractor. He just needs to get organized and have everything ready and with him to do the job. I will recommend him to others, but I will be honest to them and let them know that he will do a good job, it just may take a day or three longer than he says it will.

Although we expected the work to be done within one day, Rusty was able to exceed our expectations and work diligently on moving our AC as well as install a mini split in our garage! He’s very personable and would definitely reach out again for further heating and cooling needs!
