To do a partial renovation .I absolutely highly recommend the amazing talent I saw when Sean and his crew went to work Sean and his crew was very respectful honest and I got a great price for the type of work that was preform. Comments: Absolutely do not use this contractor, he showed his true colors and you can see my video for all of his foul mouth responses. I basically found negative feedback for him and was considering using him as I have jobs posted for work, I posted the feedback and ask if this was him as it had different phone numbers, I then removed it as I realize it was posted public not private. i went to message him and he already send a message starting off with profanity, very unprofessional business behavior, he said fu about 30+ times in the entire conversation - https://youtu.be/QKT_1bX5oks - the video shows it all

Work Description: Television mounted to the wall fell down due to home shaking from months of building and drilling work on my street.
Comments: Sean came over, on time, his first visit to which I was immediately impressed. He gave me a quote of $200 to patch my wall, paint the spot and remount my television, which I thought was fair. He seemed decent, honest and hard working and so I pointed out some other projects I’d like to get done in the future, such as my kitchen floor grout and more patch work on the ceiling and in the bedroom. Sean said he could patch the other areas immediately, and paint, for an additional $50. I thought that was kind and agreed; I also agreed to my tile floor being regrouted at a later date. Once he was done patching up the holes he said the walls needed to dry before he could paint. We agreed that he would paint, we picked paint colors from his swatches along with a return date the following week. Regardless I paid the $250 trusting that he would return and do the work he set out to do. Sean returned the following week, over 2 hours late. My sister took off from work, missing pay to wait for him. He started working on the kitchen tile and then left about an hour in, to fulfill another job. He came back, finished the floor, yet left the spaces behind my television and walls unpainted. He quickly “wiped” paint on the ceiling to cover the caulk but it’s messy and completely uneven and doesn’t go with the rest of the ceiling. He promised to return the next day to finish the job and I still have yet to hear from him. Not only did he do an extremely poor job, he came completely unprepared. I had to give him a step stool, bucket, drill screw and move the furniture and hold up the television while he screwed it onto the mount. Sadly, he reminded me why most people in the field can’t be trusted and I will be sure to alert him and his poor work ethic to any and everyone that I can.-
