Comments: Pedro and his crew did an excellent job removing cement from the back walk area of my home and replacing it with pavers. They were extremely accommodating of the changing weather patterns (decided to start raining for days at the start of the work schedule) but still managed to finish the work within a few days. Mr Saavedra was the only contractor who offered his input on how the job should be done (deeper footers, rebar instead of wire mesh), which was greatly appreciated!!! The slab was completed to drawing specifications and the finish is perfect for a garage!!!I highly recommended Mr Saavedra and his team for any concrete work.

I couldn’t have asked for a better workmanship. It was fast, reasonably price, and the final looks outstanding. I will definitely use Saavedra and family construction for any home repair needs in the future! Very impressed! Great job!

His team was dependable, and exhibited excellent customer service. Pedro listened to me, understood my vision, helped me with necessary details, kept me in the loop, and gave me my dream backyard! Comments: When I first reached to Networx, I originally was going to have just 6 cement slabs replaced. They sent me three recommended contractors. One of them called, I explained what I needed done, and they quoted what the estimated cost would be. Pedro Saavedra was the first to come to my house to see in-person what I needed done with the walkway. He recommended the last two slabs be replaced since they had sunken. Then, we looked at my front porch steps, recommended I replace and bring them up to code. He suggested extending the steps by four inches and adding a fifth step. He quoted me a price which I thought was very reasonable. The reason why I selected Saavedra and Family Construction, because when Pedro sent me text of the full scope of work to be with total cost. Where one company texted me just the estimate and another company just quoted estimate over the phone. Pedro scheduled me for July 27th, I asked him to come back before starting to finalize all scope of work to be done, which he did. On day one, he and his crew arrived at 7am on July 27th and did the demo work of the walkway and steps. On day two, they arrived at 8am and did the cement pouring. They framed out my steps adding the fifth step and sectioning the individual slabs. They were very professional in arriving and getting right to work. I watched them through my Ring security floodlight and camera. Before, I sent finally payment, I checked the work in-person when I got home from work, and I was very impressed and love my new walkway and steps. It feels so much better walking up the steps than previously. I have gotten compliments on how well the work was done. I do have other cement work that need to be done and would definitely call Saavedra and Family Construction to the rest of my cement work. Finally, I would recommend anyone who read my review to hire them for any cement you need done!

We are looking forward to having Pedro and his team install patio railings and a driveway for our next projects. We contacted three different contractors before deciding to go with Pedro. Comments: Pedro Saavedra agreed to fix a drainage problem in my yard by installing a drain and 50 feet of pipe to move rain water away from the outside side of my house, and a 14 ft concrete wall to divert runoff from a back yard patio. The first rain after installation and payment demonstrated that the drain was not properly placed to collect water. I reported the failure to Petro by telephone call and sent him the requested photo of the standing water. No reply and his cell phone is no longer accepting calls.The email address shown for the business also does not work
