Work Description: 3 car garage slab and foundation, 36 ft x40 ft.
Comments: Great Staff, Workmanship was not a 100 percent, dips in the slab also some cracking no re-enforcement wire or re-bar installed. Measurement was off by 1.5 inches from one side to the other in the 40 ft. width. Driveway entrance flat work was good job 12 ft. x 40 ft.As I stated LoLo and crew very friendly.

Comments: Follow up from previous review. SGC failed to properly cover concrete after it was poured. It was below freezing the day after they poured and snowed two days later. SGC neglected to properly protect the concrete and is now scaling, flaking and cracking. I also express concern that the concrete was not 4" thick. Lolo came out unannounced a couple times and we never heard back from him. Even after many texts and a threating legal demand letter, no response! Does not honor warranty! Comments: Gave the guy a list of things that I would like done. Told me that he would be coming on nights and weekends to get the job done. Shows up middle of the day and week without any notice. Doesn’t finish the job at the time. Comes back again to collect payment and tells me he needs to go grab a couple of tools so he can finish the job. Never comes back even after I reach out to him. His response is I don’t know when I will have time to get to it, but he didn’t have a problem asking me for more work.
