Spaulding Home Solutions LLC is in the business of repairing, expanding, building, and improving residential and commercial structures through general contracting as well as sub-contracting. All facets of improvements are available. We install kitchens, bathrooms, finish basements, install and repair plumbing, installation of any form of flooring, take care of minor electrical jobs, install windows and siding, build decks, build additions and garages, as well as perform the smallest repairs such as repairing a toilet or installing a ceiling fan. There are very few items that we cannot address when it comes to the needs of any improvement project. Spaulding Home Solutions LLC also offers installation of landscape lighting as well as landscape design and installation. OUR HISTORY

We have 27years experience in the business of construction and remodeling. Past projects have included:
• running a 12.5 million dollar project in the city of Cleveland to build 98 residential townhomes
• running a 1.2 million dollar project in Cleveland Hts. to build 8 luxury townhomes
• supervising a building rehabilitation project in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland that now boasts the home of MoJo’s restaurant
• performing complete rehabs on countless residential homes throughout Cleveland over a 20 year period
• restoration of homes that were damaged by fires
• supervision and building of the first prototype, airtight, greenbuilt energy efficient home in the city if Cleveland
• installation 2 tri-level fire escape and deck structures on an apartment building in Cleveland Hts.
• performing numerous storefront renovations and commercial building expansions
• performing structural repairs such as jacking up, straightening, and leveling structures
• complete construction of homes in residential developments throughout Cuyahoga County and one home in Lorain County
• designing and installing landscapes as well as addressing lawn problems
• installation of decks, kitchens, baths, finishing basements, building additions, installing windows, building porches and outbuildings, building garages

Ralph took all of his extensive knowledge in the field and began his own company, Spaulding Home Solutions LLC, in 2003.
