Comments: Zero stars.I hired this company for a deep cleaning. Specified what I wanted done, and signed a contract that was countersigned by the company. The cleaner they sent was late, had no idea what the job was, did not complete the work, and didn't attempt to do most of it. The work she did was of extremely poor quality. The company solicited feedback, which I provided. They offered one free hour of cleaning, which would not at all cover everything that would need to be redone, or done for the first time. I communicated this with them. I said that I wanted a refund, and was told that "upper management" would reach out to me the following day. They did not, unsurprisingly, so I followed up, and was told that I would not be refunded in spite of the breach of contract. I then informed them that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB (which was done), and would be leaving them online reviews. This company is dishonest, and does not honor their word or contract. The representatives I spoke with were: Neena E., Rickiee R., and Hailey R.

Comments: First of all, networx.com said speedycleans does mows. Well they don't. They have one lawn mower and the guy they sent eventually has never been on that mower, which had water in the gas tank, so it didn't run well. He arrived late in the day, didn't complete the job. Next day was promised by management that it would be done. Not Saturday, not Monday not Tuesday morning. Why haven't I found some other service, it was a matter of policy that you pay them before they do the job.

Comments: DO NOT hire these people!! I, like other people on here had a horrible experience with is company. Ordered a deep clean with 2 people -one showed up with a squirt bottle and 2 rags the other showed 30 mins late with nothing. I walked into my home (that smelled like a cheap hotel) to find my home was far from clean! The woman scooted out of there very quickly. The man was about to leave and I said “are you going to mop the floors?” He said” I don’t have a bucket or mop so I had to provide the basic cleaning tools for him. He left without telling me ! WTH!! I was waiting in my backyard for him to finish and he was gone!!When I tell you they did nothing I mean they did nothing except wipe a glass shower down that left a nasty film behind.
They then proceeded to charge me $208.00 I refused to pay so they have been taking out money from my credit card to the tune and total of $604.00!!!!! (Cancelation fees) DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!! Can not stress this enough…just keep looking there are plenty of good companies out there.

Comments: They told me they would be sending 1 cleaner for $60/hr. After they were supposed to have started, they called and left a message saying that before proceeding with the cleaning, the cleaner wanted an extra $100 for a hazard fee that they needed me to approve. I did not approve it, and found another cleaner. Later that afternoon, I was notified that my card was charged $444. When I called for an explanation, I was told they went ahead and cleaned and didn't charge the $100, but they charged me for 2 cleaning people ($120/hr) without telling me, and claim they were there for 3 hrs and 40 minutes. I had the house inspected later that day and hardly anything had been done. The stove burners and knobs were in the sink, the toilet, shower/tub was cleaned and countertops wiped down. THAT'S IT. The place hadn't even been swept, let alone mopped. The oven was untouched. There was dust and dirt everywhere. They claimed that it took 2 people 3 hrs 40 minutes to do just those couple things, and claimed there were bed bugs, so they left. I had an exterminator inspect, and there are no bed bugs. The place has been vacant with no furniture for months. We have had numerous contractors in to look. The company told me they would review the charge and refund part of it, since we were told only 1 cleaner, but they haven't. Now they stopped answering our messages. We are extremely disappointed with this service. We had very high hopes as they sounded so professional on the phone, but the quality of their staff is clearly very poor for them to lie about the bugs and how long they cleaned, as well as deceptive business practices to tell someone they would be billed one rate, and then double it without approval or any notice. I plan to notify the BBB as well. I have been happy with vendors found on here before now, but this is horrible.

Comments: Wanted a small bathroom and my kitchen cleaned. Specifically stated there was grout discoloration and I even sent pictures of the small bathroom floor so they could prepare appropriately. Cleaner showed up and had to ask us to borrow scrubber tools and spent the ENTIRE 4 HOURS just on the small bathroom. Needless to say that is absolutely ridiculous. Our kitchen was left filthy and $200 spent on our TINY bathroom. Sophia at SpeedyCleans said she completely understood the frustration and that she would call me back. She did not call, instead she sent a text and said they feel like 5% would suffice for the “equipment inconvenience.” 5% that isn’t even enough to cover our brush replacements or cleaner they used of ours. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend Speedy Cleans
