Comments: We have called Zach Heiliger out to our business each time we have had issues with our HVAC system. He is very quick to respond, usually within hours or the following day, whereas other companies had us waiting several days to a week or two before they could get to us. He is very thorough and knowledgeable, often diagnosing the issue and getting it repaired quickly. We appreciate that he has most parts with him or can get them within days.He has never tried to sell us a unit when a simple part would repair the AC, however he was direct about the condition of our AC being old.
This past summer, one of our AC units croaked and we needed a new, he got us set up. He even followed up the next day on it to make sure it was running smoothly.
Zach is straightforward, courteous and honest with his customers.
