Comments: Roger visited the same day as I called and submitted a quote a couple days later. The quote was reasonable and will definitely keep him in mind when I'm ready to start the work.

Work Description: full clean up front/back yard, clean gutters, haul away yard waste.
Comments: I am extremely pleased with the job that this company did in cleaning my yard & gutters. They arrived promptly when they said they would, went right to work without any questions as to what was to be done. They were very professional in their work and left my yard looking like new. I highly recommend this company and will be using them from now on for any yard maintenance I need.

Work Description: The job was simple--- to do weeding in the yard and scrape (with a shovel) the weeds/grass from the sidewalk in front of the house.
Comments: Very, very poor service. Terrasun did not come when they said they would. Then, after they showed up--after I made several calls--- I came home to many weeds still in the beds. I made several calls over several days, and finally after a promise a landscaper would return the next day, they still did not return for several days. The job still was not done from Monday to Friday. Every time I insisted the sidewalk had to be done--everytime the owner assured me it would be done--that he'd told his guys to do it. I called Friday night and insisted I wanted someone at my house the next morning. They sent someone the next morning--whom I did not see-- who evidentally did some of the little weeding around the house, but still left all the grass in the cracks out on the sidewalk and all the grass and weeds along the fence, which were the two biggest requirements I had asked for--a few weeds here and there would have been okay, but this was major! After getting hold of the owner on Sunday, he said he wasn't sending anyone else out--that he'd done a lot of work for me. Phooey! You should have heard him during the bid, "I make my customers happy." I fell for paying him for the work first--Very, very dissatisfied customer.
