Comments: Andrew was early and very professional. He explained the problem and corrected it. My only issue would be the price to resolve the issue was extraordinarily high. For that reason I probably would not use them again. Compared to other companies I called.

Comments: This young man knows his stuff, I’ve had 3 different AC companies out here and they completely lacked the knowledge to figure out what was wrong with my unit and why it was not blowing cold air, Serious Comfort came out and immediately diagnosed the problem, I was skeptical because the last 3 people claimed they found the problem and charged me a lot and the problem still persisted. But he truly did find the problem and fixed it in a timely manner, and wasn’t near as costly as the others!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Serious Comfort!!Thank you. My ac is blowing COLD AIR!!!!!!!
