Work Description: Plumbing
Comments: Needed to have several plumbing issues fixed inside the house and a broken water pipe outside in the back yard. Mr. Gatling showed up, introduced himself, and shoed me his license. After I chose him between 3 contractor estimates, I called to set up an appointment. He arrived to the appointment 5 minutes before schedule, introduced himself, showed me his license, walked around with me to see what needed to be done, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He then returned for his appointment and again arrived 5 minutes early. He knocked on the door and I let him in the house. He was prepared with parts and all and started to work right away without missing a beat. He replaced some parts for new parts, and did an excellent job repairing everything inside the house within half an hour. He also fixed a major broke pipe outside in my patio within the time he estimated. He laid a tarp on the ground, dug our 3 feet of dirt or more, fix the pipe, waited to insured that the pipe was no longer dripping, he cover the hole, cleaned up the area, lay the brick back, and left the patio in the same condition in which it was he had arrived. He charged per hours and he worked diligently without wasting any time. He then packed up his stuff, washed his hands, and said to me that, if I needed anything else or had any problems with any of his work, to call him and that he would be back to return and fix it at no charge. I will recommend his service to anyone who needs a plumber as quality work is hard to find for a reasonable price. I had three estimates and he was the best choice, no doubt. You are correct about his work ethics even though I think he was in the Air Force. Thank you for giving me his information. We are very pleased customers for sure.

Work Description: Unclogged master drain line from house to main sewer.
Comments: Got here quickly; friendly and professional, explained everything he was doing. Got the problem fixed fast for a reasonable price, and gave us tips on how to avoid having the same problem recur - also alerted us that the contractor who remodeled our kitchen didn't do the plumbing up to code. We'd be happy to call him again.
