Comments: I made an appt with a Juan for Sat, 7/13, at 9:30 am. By 10:00 when he had not arrived, I called the number and a Hispanic-speaking lady answered that I could not communicate with. I tried calling back several times thereafter, but either the call went to voice mail or she answered and hung up on me. I tried to text Juan,, but no response. Disappointed the the quality, or should I say, lack of professionalism and quality.
