Work Description: Refinish existing and install new flooring
Comments: Thomas and his team were recommended to us by a friend (who works in real estate) and we would happily recommend them to anyone. We had two old in-ground gas heaters that needed removing, an area of water-damaged parquet wood tile to remove, and replacing with wooden boards that matched our historic home's original flooring. The work was done quickly, was very reasonably priced, and we're very happy with the result.

Comments: I bought my house in June 2022 and found out soon after that the carpet covering the wood floors was also covering holes. I was given the contact info for Thomas with TMIT and I was worried because not only do I have a smaller home, but my house location is in an area many companies decide not to service. Thomas answered and came out next day to evaluate my floors and then scheduled the service right after that. My floors look so good after Thomas and his team’s work that they made my entire house look different. The holes were all fixed up and as a new homeowner with dogs he gave me recommendations on choosing the right stain. I get compliments on my floors all of the time now and I’m so happy with how they came out. I would never use any other company. Between the customer service and the work done there is really no better option in So Cal.
