Work Description: A Complete kitchen remodeling including all the appliances.
Comments: Steve and his professional crew of people from Unique Home Design & Remodeling completed a complete kitchen remodeling project for us in 3 weeks. The new kitchen included new upper and lower Mahogany cabinets, a large island in the middle of the kitchen, back splash, paint, lighting fixtures, and new appliances and remove a wall that separated the kitchen from the living room and having a much better open space. Steve was able to provide us with an excellent 3D design that included few solutions to several issues we had with the old kitchen. The design was a proof that Steve knew what he is doing and that he is a truly professional. The new design included several additional storage spaces which was a big factor for us. Steve has a true appetite for his work. He was always on time and provided daily progress reports. I am confident in recommending him for jobs.

Work Description: We just had our house remodel completely by Unique Home Design & Remodeling and we couldn’t be happier and satisfied. Our remodeling first started with the demolition of the spaces (kitchen, living room and dining room) which honestly made us feel that we made the right decision by hiring the right people for the job. Our feelings got stronger and stronger when the kitchen start to get his new shape and look. Our Project Manager, Steve took the old kitchen, living room and dining room and made it to a large open space with several skylights openings which made the house look like a completely brand new house. We can’t believe till now how the same house that we lived in for 5 years got a brand new look and feel. We are truly blown away by the quality and perfect of the work that Unique Home Design & Remodeling did for us. Definitely a 5 Stars for each step of the work (from designing, management, organization, perfection, honesty all the way to budget management). Work Description: Sol remodeled our kitchen and bathroom.
Comments: Before I start with my review here, I want to make a note that we found out about Unique Home Design & Remodeling from a close friend that used them in the past and he was very happy with their work. More than that, the new kitchen and bathroom that they just completed at my house, looked so beautiful and it represent all the work that was done prior to the actual work that started with a great conversation about what we want to do and then to have it lay down on a 3D design, Selecting and getting the right materials that will bring this remodeling plan into reality and finally is to make sure that the budget will remain the same and without any changes that will cause it to go up and above. Soon after we did all the planning about the remodeling, we signed the contract with Sol and we started with the actual work. On the first stages of the work, we had so many questions and comments that came up only after we started the work. All of them were answered professionally by Sol and in a way that we really understood them. I must admit that we felt that we are very lucky clients and students that I now know that if we were not lucky, we probably ended up with a nightmare contractor that could make this easy remodeling to a nightmare one. So we really want to thank Sol and Morgan for the great work they did at our house. Unique Home Design & Remodeling didn’t just show up to our house each day and just do the work… they actually were hired by us to listen to us and understand first what we want to get!. The staff was very skilled in regards to anything that was involved in the work and they knew exactly what they were doing and we never felt just like another client. Their skills were incredible and they were all hardworking people, even for our kitchen and bathroom project like ours. We are very happy clients that will hire them again in the future.-
