Comments: Hung a picture, told us they could do any job. We wanted them to replace a tile floor in our bathroom but after that they never responded to emails or phone calls. I don't trust them now.
although we appreciate reviews it is unfortunate when reviews are not the best. While we were there you guys were very happy with what we did, very impressed with our time management and our banter. We did not have a estimate scheduled for us to look at your floor so we were not fully prepared, however we took a look at it anyway and told you we would be back with you in a couple of days to go over the estimate and schedule a time for the service. Within 24 hours of that time you texted us “ not interested anymore, I don’t trust you”. this was because we did not respond to your message right away due to my daughter being hospitalized at that time. so we responded via text “ It is unfortunate to receive messages like this, however as a business with other clients ahead of you with requests it seems we will not be a good fit for you per your need for us to give you a number immediately and trust. As I mentioned when looking at the bathroom we would be back with you within a couple of days via email. it is standard practice that These things can take time, and requires patience from all parties for us to get estimates and scheduled services such as this to fit the needs of everyone including us . We have an estimate for you at ———- As We were happy to give you an estimate and do the service for you, unfortunately without trust we will not be moving forward with it. My daughter was admitted to the hospital yesterday afternoon and Is still being treated which is why there was a delayed response until now as I am just seeing this. We wish you the best. You responded “no problem”. For us to do our job properly we do need the required time that we ask for, and unfortunately we cannot control all of life circumstances such as a delayed response due to an emergency. We appreciate your feedback

Comments: I always call Wenzl Workz when we need something done in our home. We’ve had them do 2 full bathroom remodels, a deck repair, interior and exterior painting and a few other odd jobs . They also do all of our snow removal. Austin and Jerry are polite, efficient, and very affordable. They treat me and my family like their own and always respond quickly . If you need affordable and quality work done quickly, they are definitely the ones to call. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Comments: They are very expensive. They charged $1000.00 to hang 3 medicine cabinets and 1 mirror and 1 painting.

We always come to an agreement on the cost of services before doing any service and are always willing to negotiate if need be. When speaking with you we were under the impression that you were more then happy with the pricing and the services we provided. We do try to be as fair and competitive as possible when quoting a service however we do have to factor what goes into the service, travel time, scheduling, processing fees, lead fees, additional materials , custom work, etc. Your particular project required some extra attention, materials, and extra supports to ensure a quality service in a timely manner.
