Work Description: Install New Carrier 3 Ton AC and yearly Maintenance
Comments: I am so thankful that I switched from the large company that was recommended to me when I moved to Florida and needed a new AC asap. Every time the (big0 company came for the bi yearly maintenance they raised the price, on top of that they were constantly trying to sell me something for $700-$1000 every time they were here. After doing an internet search and reading reviews. I found Wise Air Conditioning, and what a find! I couldn't be happier with this smaller family owned business that goes out of their way to keep their customers satisfied. Last year my 10 year old Carrier stopped working, I called Aury at night and he came to me the next morning. He showed me that the condenser was saturated with oil and that it was completely shot. He called carrier and found out that the $2800 part was still under warranty for 6 more weeks. So the manufacturer would cover the cost but they do not cover the refrigerant that totally leaked out and that would have cost me close to $1000 to replace. I asked Aury to get me a price on a new Carrier 3 ton system, as my neighbor had just replaced hers a few weeks prior and paid over $7000, for the same size house. Aury gave me a price that was much less than my neighbor paid ( by over $2000, and it was also $300 less than I paid the other company 10 years before! Aury said, no pressure, think it over and call me in the morning and we can either repair this unit or install the new one the same day. I didn't have to think about it as we were approaching the summer months with a 10 year old unit that would soon be out of warranty. Aury and his assistant Jason came the next morning and had my new system up and running with only 1 1/2 days without air conditioning. When I buy things, I read reviews, and I hope that you have read this review because I think that this business deserves the credit because they are not all about money, they are about building a service oriented business built on a foundation of honesty, trust and very fair pricing, not to mention their exceptionally good looks! You will definately be very satisfied that you made the call to Wise Air Conditioning.

Comments: Yoan provided us with information and solutions that dealt with our functional but aging unit. We had a service contract for cleanings and check ups with another firm and we’re horrified to be shown how slipshod the work was done. We decided on replacement facing another brutal South Florida summer. The work was done with pride, expertise and care. We cannot say enough good things about Yoan and the SFAS team. Use them and tell your family and friends, you won’t regret it.

Aury answered my concerns about the Ac and was so patient.The work they performed took a few houres,and they cleaned after they finished the work.I was so satisfied with the team.I will be doing buisness with them in the future.I will recommend them highly. Comments: I am so impressed by this team of professionals. I got a call shortlyafter my inquiry at Angie's List. We discussed the project and pricing, I needed a few additional items, Fla. compliant concrete pad ( very heavy), whip, and disconnect to be replaced. They were at my condo at 12:30 and went to work. Professional appearing, nice equipment. Aury is a great communicator, explained the process as work progressed and when finished. All business, professional installation, cleaned up and finished in about 4 hours. Some field modifications were required, not a problem totally positive. I highly recommend this team and for sure I will use them again for any service work in the future. I am a fan and thanks for taking the anxiety out of hiring a new crew for major improvements like this
